Side A
- 1Is it working?Ad spend matched to real calls and booked jobs. Tracking checked for double counts, wrong goals, junk traffic and changes nobody approved.
- 2Can you afford it?Your true cost per booked job against what each job leaves after materials and labor, from IRS figures for your trade or your own margin.
- 3Is your agency straight?Invoice matched to platform spend, your real fee against the norm for your spend, who owns the account and billing, and how much hands-on work shows in the account's history.
Side B
- 4What's fineSaid plainly. An account that checks out is a real answer, not a failed audit.
- 5Your fix listMost serious first, in plain words, so your agency (or anyone) can act on it.
Liner notes
Most ad audits are written by agencies who'd like your account. They look at the settings, find something to worry about, and send a proposal. This check is scored by written rules that don't change with who might win your account, so it has no reason to find a problem that isn't there. Our sister agency does manage ads; it only hears from you if you ask.
You give us view-only access to Google Ads or Meta, plus your last three agency invoices, how many jobs your ads booked each month, and your average job value. We change nothing. We put three records side by side that nobody else lines up: what you were billed, what the platform spent and counted, and what came back as booked work you can afford.
Three business days later you get the answers in writing, in dollars, signed by the person who checked. If everything holds up, you'll read that in the first line. See a sample report (a made-up heating and air company, real report format).
Personnel
Two pressings. One price each.
No contract, no subscription, no call to book. Priced by how much you spend, because bigger accounts take longer to check.
The one promise
Clear answers to all three questions, in writing, or your money back in full. "It's fine" counts as a clear answer. We don't promise your ads will get cheaper; we promise you'll know where the money goes.
Not for
- Spend under $2,000 a month. There isn't enough to tell you anything useful.
- Anyone who only wants their ads run. That's a separate service: ask after your report if you want it, and the check's price comes off the first month.
Order the receipts.
Send the details now. We email your payment link and the view-only access steps within one business day; your answers arrive 3 business days after access.
